After graduating from NYU Stern School of Business and Columbia University's School of Engineering, I followed the path my Finance and Industrial Engineering degrees prepared me for. Over the next 15+ years, I built my career as an investment banker, private equity investor, and corporate strategist, partnering with executives and leadership teams to drive growth, navigate complexity, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives.

Along the way, I became fascinated by what separates exceptional leaders and startups from the rest. I immersed myself in the study of leadership, psychology, neuroscience, and peak performance to understand how leaders think, decide, and operate at their highest level.
